While we don’t offer fitting services online, our grips are selected for performance and durability. Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for all transactions. We don’t store your full payment details on our servers after your order is processed.

We ship worldwide to most countries, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. During checkout, our system will automatically verify if we can deliver to your address. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes or military addresses.

We offer two convenient options:

1. Standard Shipping ($12.95 via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after dispatch with full tracking
2. Free Shipping (orders over $50 via EMS): 15-25 business days after dispatch with tracking

International customers typically prefer our Standard Shipping for faster customs clearance.

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. During peak seasons, processing may occasionally take slightly longer, but we’ll notify you if that occurs.

Some international shipments may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These vary by country and are not included in our shipping charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimates.

You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Contact our customer service at [email protected] to start the process. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We take great care in packaging all items, especially clubs. If something arrives damaged, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping in these rare cases.

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. You would need to return the original item (following our return policy) and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures you get your replacement as quickly as possible.
