Our Return & Exchange Commitment
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the items are:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Important Note:
For safety and hygiene reasons, golf grips cannot be returned or exchanged once installed or removed from their original packaging. All other products in our menu (cart bags, distance golf balls, gents fairway woods, hybrids, and sets) are eligible for returns.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return Authorization Number (RMA)
- Prepaid return shipping label (if applicable)
- Detailed return instructions
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your items securely and include:
- Original packing slip or order confirmation
- RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Exchanges: Shipped within 2 business days of approval
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs to your new destination.
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Customs fees are non-refundable
