Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding certain Asian and remote regions) with two convenient options:

Standard Shipping:

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Shipping cost: $12.95
  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping:

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Available for orders over $50
  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Our Return & Exchange Commitment

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the items are:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important Note:

For safety and hygiene reasons, golf grips cannot be returned or exchanged once installed or removed from their original packaging. All other products (cart bags, distance golf balls, gents fairway woods, hybrids, and sets) are eligible for returns.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return Authorization Number (RMA)
  • Prepaid return shipping label (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package

Refund Process
